About Lead2Safety

Inside Lead2Safety

Why Us?

Safe work environments benefit organizations and employees. Safety is a win-win; yet U.S. employers are spending billions of dollars for workplace injuries and illnesses annually and there is an incredible human and often economic toll not only on employees but their families.

We think something is missing from the current approach to improving safety in many organizations. While training is an essential foundational element for safe work cultures, knowledge does not always mean action. In our everyday lives, many people attend nutrition classes, but merely attending a nutrition class does not necessarily mean we adopt good eating habits. This holds true for safety training as well. More is needed. Changing behavior often requires more than training.

We take the best of our tools and all that we know about leadership development, change management, employee engagement and cultural change with a hyper-focus on improving safety cultures and behaviors in organizations. We help organizations bridge the gap between employees “knowing” and employees “doing”.
